Local Outreach - Donation Suggestions
Furniture Assist Program of Westfield, NJ - Donate furniture items, bedding, kitchen items, appliances, knick knacks, pictures, rugs to those in need who can receive at no cost. Drop off at their storage facility on Sundays from 11AM - 3:30PM at:

Directions: Take E. Broad St. to Springfield Ave. Turn right and stay on Springfield Ave which becomes the Boulevard in Kenilworth. Make a left onto 14th Ave. There is a school on the corner. Go throught 1 light, up a little hill, down a little hill. The huge building is on your left (Self Storage Depot). Turn left onto the street before the building called Lafayette. Meet at the huge doors on your right. Look for the sign.
Scotch Plains-Fanwood Food Pantry - Feeds approximately 50 families each month. You can drop off food items a the Scotch Plains Tax Assessor's Office or at the Scotch Plains or Fanwood libraries.

There is no cost to attend, however, we will be taking a collection of juice boxes and individually wrapped snacks for children attending after school counseling at Project Protect. Other non-perishable food items will also be accepted.
Dottie Davis-Wilson from Project Protect will be attending the breakfast and plans on bringing us up to date on the progress they are making and the changes that are taking place at the shelter.
